By accessing or using the Goodhart platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Goodhart on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms.
Goodhart is an adaptive learning platform that provides personalised study tools, analytics, AI-assisted tutoring, and communication features for students, parents, teachers, and educational institutes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Accounts must not be shared between individuals. Goodhart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content, features, and functionality on the Goodhart platform — including the software, design, text, graphics, and AI models — are owned by Goodhart Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Certain features of Goodhart are available under paid subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid features.
The Goodhart platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained from using it will be accurate or reliable. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodhart Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of learning outcomes, or interruption of service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Goodhart at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
